2026 SCHOLARSHIPS
French students of Italian origin can apply for scholarships worth €700 awarded by the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures (DLCM) at the University of Genoa and the Fondazione Sorelle Milanese in Savona. These scholarships are exclusively for French students of Italian origin and are awarded on the basis of a specific call for applications published by the DLCM.
The link to the call for applications for scholarships for French students of Italian origin will be published here shortly.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Enrolment grants will be awarded based on the date of receipt of the enrolment application, complete with payment of the deposit. In the event of a tie (same date of receipt of the application), the following preferential criteria will be considered for the ranking:
1) younger age
2) never having received enrolment grants or scholarships
3) having taken Italian language courses in the country of origin
In the case of families, CISI reserves the right to award the enrolment grant or scholarship to the youngest member of the family.
Once the nationality of the candidates has been verified, CISI guarantees, as far as possible, the allocation of enrolment grants for each of them.
All adult citizens are eligible to apply. No academic qualification is required, but candidates must declare their educational background. It is possible to participate in the scholarships awarded by DLCM-Fondazione Sorelle Milanese for a maximum of two editions, even if not consecutive.
Courses will be held upon reaching a minimum number of enrolments.
